Return and exchange policy

Applied on eShop/ brick-and-mortar

1. HEIMA accepts exchange of products within 7 days after receiving (same item with different colors ONLY). Customers may contact 55458746 upon for detailed arrangements.

2. Products returned must be in original conditions, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging.

3. All return / exchange will not be made on products inspected and found to be worn, altered, washed or damage.

4. Due to hygienic concerns, the following products cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged: Smile Makers, Lubets, Pacha, Yoku, Jonny, Grace and Green

5. Customers may purchase other items if alternative colors of returned products are sold out. Difference of prices will not be refunded.

6. All products are non-refundable.
